If you would like to have a copy of a favorite program, simpl call us at 30/764-2400. Our locally produced programs, such as, Chad Pregracke: The River Rescuer maybe purchased directly through WQPT.
For nationally
broadcast programs go to ShopPBS.
WQPT receives a significant portion of its funding from individuals like
you. Many of these gifts come from viewers during our three annual
on-air membership campaigns. Just a small fraction of WQPT's airtime—approximately
2% a year—is spent inviting viewers to invest in public television.
Yes—because WQPT is a nonprofit 501(c) (3) organization. Your
gift is tax deductible to the extent that it exceeds the fair
market value
of any benefit you receive in return. We will send you a tax receipt
for any gift of $250.00 or more, or for one of $75.00 or more when
you have received a thank-you gift such as a videotape, CD, or book.
Our Membership staff places a high priority on responding to your pledge or other
purchases in a timely manner. We will process your request on the next business
day after receiving your check or credit card order. Electronic Funds Transfer
(EFT) payments begin approximately one month from the time we receive your written
authorization. If you choose to use the EFT payment option, you will receive
written notification verifying your EFT amount and the start date of the funds
transfer.

Yes—For certain memberships you may ask us to bill you, if you intend to
pay by check. For credit card and Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) payments, WQPT
will automatically
process your payment when it becomes due and you will see confirmation of the
transaction on your credit card or bank statement.
You decide and authorize WQPT to establish the Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) from either
your checking or savings account.
The Sustaining Partnership form of membership allows you to set-up automatic
monthly or quarterly payments which are automatically processed. Once you become
a Sustaining
Partner your support is ongoing and your membership payments renew automatically. However,
you may contact WQPT at any time to increase, decrease, or discontinue future
payments.

Typically gift items arrive within two weeks. In some instances items may take up to six weeks to arrive. If you are concerned about the status of your gift(s),
please contact us.
Your subscription to our monthly program guide will begin within
30 days of your donation. If you do not receive the WQPT program
guide within 30 days, please call us at 309/764-2400.
Yes—WQPT uses SSL (The Secure Sockets Layer is a commonly-used protocol for managing the security of a message transmission over the Internet). WQPT uses certification to verify that our site is safe and secure. When you see the GeoTrust logo on a web page with a form—you can rest assured that your personal information is completely safe and is transferred to WQPT via a secure format.
Only WQPT membership
staff will process your purchases you make through our online store.
Our online store provides you with a secure method of becoming a member
from the comfort of your home or office. If you are uncomfortable transmitting your information over the internet, feel free to simply call us at 309/764-2400 and pledge your support or order tickets to events or promotions.
No. When you become a WQPT member, your information is not
provided to any organization. Whether you make your contribution
via our
secure online registration, or by telephone, your personal
information is
never released to anyone.

Is your browser application (eg. Firefox, Internet Explore, etc.) up-to-date? Most issues can be resolved by simply downloading the most recent version of your preferred web browser.
A word about Internet Explorer 6. We do not provide browser support for this outdated browser. If you are still using this browser, we encourage you to get a more recent version to more fully enjoy your internet experience.
In most instances our website is designed to display at approximately 1100 pixel width. If you are unable to view the entire width, you may change the resolution for your computer monitor.
This site is best viewed when your default font is set to "Medium" or
"Automatic". If your font size is set significantly
larger or smaller than these,
you may experience some distorted graphics and page layouts.
Users accessing the WQPT site via a mobile device will notice that some web features may not function properly.
Typically, if these are addressed first, they will correct any problems

If the schedule loads slowly on your computer
Our online interactive schedule accesses and loads data from more than one source to provide users with up to date schedule information. Depending on your internet connection/speed, you may need to wait a few moments for the schedule to load. Often, simply updating your browser to the latest version available will allow the data to load quickly.
