In 1933 Philadelphia, Charles Darrow created the well-loved board game Monopoly. Why is it then that Macomb, a small town in the Forgottonia region of Illinois, is set on creating the world's largest, augmented reality monopoly game? It's all in celebration of Lizzie Magie, inventor of The Landlord's Game -- the little-known precursor to Monopoly. Macomb just happens to be where the story of Monopoly begins.
